How to Apply

Applications must include full deposit amount (cash or personal check)


  1. Download and complete a rental application. 
  2. A separate rental application must be fully completed, dated and signed by each applicant and all co-applicants. 
  3. Contact Brian at 806 676 5345 to arrange time and place to submit application 
  4. Submit signed application and deposit.


If you are not selected for occupancy of the property your deposit will be returned to you. 

Qualifying Critieria

  1.  A separate rental application must be fully completed, dated and signed by each applicant and all co-applicants. 
  2. Each applicant must provide government-issued photo identification and allow it to be photocopied.  
  3. If applicant’s family will be occupying the dwelling, the family size must be appropriate for the available property, i.e., no more than two adults per bedroom, in most circumstances. 
  4. Most recent 2 years Employment and monthly income must be verifiable. Total monthly income of all applicants must be 3 times monthly rent. 


Applicant(s) may be denied occupancy for the following reasons:

  •  Falsification of application by any applicant
  •  Incomplete application by any applicant
  •  Insufficient income (total of all applicants)
  •  Criminal conviction history of violent or sexual crime committed by any applicant or by other occupants  (including children) who plan to live in unit
  •  Poor rental profile of any applicant (rental history reports are obtained for most recent 2 years).  
  • Rental history of:

                       Non-payment or frequent late payment of rent 

                        Eviction

                        Drug use

                        Poor housekeeping

                        Poor supervision of applicant’s children

                        Unruly or destructive behavior by applicant, applicant’s children or applicant’s guests

                        Violence to persons or property by applicant, applicant’s children or applicant’s guests

Pet Policies

Each house listing includes a pet policy.   Pets are not allowed in some homes. 


  1. Residents will be held legally and financially responsible for all damaged caused by pets. 
  2. All pets must be approved by  the property manager BEFORE you obtain a pet.
  3. A non-refundable pet deposit is required for each pet. 
  4. Some homes pay require additional pet rent. 
  5. Dog breeds recognized as dangerous are never allowed. 
  6. All Dogs must be verified to be less than the maximum weight allowed in the home.


Failure to obtain prior approval for a  new pet from the property manager will result in fines forfeiture of all deposits  and /or immediate termination of the lease agreement. 


Excessive wear or damaged caused by pets will may result in fines forfeiture of all deposits  and /or immediate termination of the lease agreement.
